Marilyn takes the temperature of the bin.

About 85 degrees. It will rise to about 160 degrees.
 That to cook the mixture and break down the mixture in to BLACK GOLD.
The micro organism and worms will move to the outside of the pile
then the pile gets to hot. And will return to center when it cools.
