Tom is explaining how to plant a potato. dig a row 6" deep place the small seed potatoes 8 " apart
Potatoes on left grew too big they are no good. On the right are small and have small eyes are perfect.
If the potato is too big they can be cut to a small size.
But make shire the have eyes.
Use Sulfur (on right) to seal the open cut, to keep bugs away.
Tom is showing a "PH" meter to check the soil for acid or
alkaline.
